01General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and JILI VS ("we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of jilivs.my. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JILI VS platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

JILI VS operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in the Philippines. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). These Terms apply to all products and services available through jilivs.my, including but not limited to slots, card games, live dealer tables, sports betting, poker, baccarat, and all promotional programmes such as the VIP Club and the Refer a Friend programme.

These Terms should be read alongside the JILI VS Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of your agreement with us. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the policies above, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and play on JILI VS, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years old. JILI VS strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registering and placing wagers.
• You must be registering as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, gambling prohibition register, or similar restricted-access list applicable under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of JILI VS or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such persons.
• Your registration must not be prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

You agree that all information you provide during registration and at any time thereafter is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false identity documents, or details belonging to another person — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

03Account Management

Each person may hold only one JILI VS account. If you already have a registered account, you are not permitted to open a second one. This applies regardless of the email address, phone number, device, or payment method used. Operating multiple accounts — whether to accumulate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or any other reason — will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JILI VS login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any linked payment method credentials. Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members. JILI VS will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

• You must notify JILI VS immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to another person.
• Account currencies cannot be changed after registration. All accounts operate in Philippine Peso (₱).
• JILI VS reserves the right to close inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) after providing 30 days' notice to the registered email address. Any balance will be held for 90 days following closure notice before being transferred to unclaimed funds.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting JILI VS customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

04Deposits

JILI VS accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso with no currency conversion fees applied by JILI VS.

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100 per transaction.
• The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name and match the name on your JILI VS account.
• JILI VS does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from accounts, wallets, or cards not in your own name will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• Deposits are credited to your JILI VS wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• JILI VS reserves the right to impose deposit limits or request source-of-funds documentation where required by our compliance obligations.

05Withdrawals

JILI VS is committed to fast, transparent withdrawals for all verified players. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists as a standard anti-money-laundering ("AML") safeguard.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts, wallets, or cards registered in your own name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 24 hours of request submission. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes.
• VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Diamond and Elite members receive instant processing 24/7.
• JILI VS reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 per day, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements for that bonus have been fully met.

06Bonuses & Promotions

JILI VS offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supersede the general bonus rules below where there is a conflict. By claiming any bonus, you confirm acceptance of both the promotion-specific terms and these general Terms.

• Unless otherwise stated, all cash bonuses carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from your account at the end of the validity period.
• Where both real cash and bonus funds are present in your account, real cash is wagered first unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• JILI VS reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except through the standard wagering process.

07Gameplay Rules

All games offered on JILI VS operate according to the specific rules published on each game's information page. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or game error, JILI VS reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return all staked amounts to players' accounts. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault are not valid and will not be paid.

JILI VS uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all software-based games. The RNG systems are tested and certified by independent third-party laboratories. For live dealer games, outcomes are determined by real physical actions (card deals, wheel spins) conducted by licensed dealers on camera in real time. All game results are final once confirmed by the system.

• Players may not use any software, tool, or system designed to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, or exploit scripts.
• Exploiting game bugs, mathematical errors, or unintended game mechanics to generate guaranteed profit is prohibited. Winnings from known exploits will be voided.
• JILI VS reserves the right to limit bet amounts or game access for any player without providing a reason.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a connectivity issue, the round will be resolved automatically when connection is restored. If resolution is not possible, the stake is returned.

08Sports & Boxing Betting

All sports and boxing bets placed on JILI VS are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are the odds that apply to your bet, unless a manifest error ("palpable error") is identified after acceptance.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the JILI VS system. Bets may not be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player after placement, except through a cash-out facility where available.
• In the event of an event cancellation or postponement of more than 48 hours, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be recalculated with the voided selection treated as a non-runner.
• Palpable errors in published odds — for example, odds significantly inconsistent with market prices due to a data feed error — will be corrected. JILI VS reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• In-play betting markets are suspended and settled according to the event's actual outcome as confirmed by official result sources. Delays in suspending in-play markets due to technical reasons do not entitle a player to any additional compensation.
• Suspicious betting activity, including the appearance of match-fixing or insider information, may result in bet voiding and account investigation.

09VIP Club

The JILI VS VIP Club operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Tier advancement is automatic and based on cumulative lifetime wagering totals as recorded on the JILI VS system. Full details of tier thresholds and benefits are available on the VIP Club page.

• VIP tiers are permanent and do not reset or expire, provided the account remains in good standing.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the calendar week (Monday to Sunday) and credited the following Monday. Cashback is real cash with no wagering requirements unless specific VIP promotion terms state otherwise.
• Birthday bonuses are credited on the player's registered date of birth. JILI VS may require birthday verification before crediting the bonus.
• JILI VS reserves the right to modify VIP Club benefits, tier thresholds, or cashback rates with 30 days' prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect cashback already earned in the current week.
• VIP benefits may be suspended or revoked if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

10Refer a Friend

The JILI VS Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn cash bonuses by referring new players to the platform. • Referral bonuses are only triggered when the referred player is genuinely new to JILI VS, has no prior account, registers through your unique referral link, and makes a qualifying first deposit within 7 days of registration.
• Self-referrals — registering a second account using your own referral link — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure for all accounts involved.
• Referring players to JILI VS using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising is prohibited. JILI VS reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses where the referral method appears improper.
• JILI VS may modify referral bonus amounts, qualifying deposit thresholds, or programme terms at any time. Changes apply to referrals made after the effective date of the change.

11Responsible Gaming

JILI VS is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal distress. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set alerts after a specified playing duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from JILI VS for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• JILI VS staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling. If our team identifies at-risk behaviour, they may contact the player and may apply responsible gaming measures to the account proactively.

12Fraud & Prohibited Acts

JILI VS operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and any form of gaming misconduct. The following acts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering or using JILI VS to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools during gameplay.
• Exploiting known game bugs or software vulnerabilities.
• Coordinating with others to abuse the referral programme or bonus system.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JILI VS staff or other players.

JILI VS uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns, suspicious account activity, and indicators of bonus abuse. Where fraud is detected or suspected, JILI VS may freeze the account, require additional verification, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

13Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JILI VS excludes liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system downtime, game errors, payment delays, or actions by third-party service providers.

JILI VS is not responsible for the content of any third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked to from or interact with the JILI VS platform. Your use of any such third-party service is at your own risk.

14Privacy

JILI VS collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15Amendments to These Terms

JILI VS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes — such as clarifications, corrections, or formatting improvements — we may update the Terms without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continuing to use the JILI VS platform after the effective date of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
